It seeks to assemble materials that help illuminate the current conflict between two neighboring Slavic countries as well as to place the Ukrainian state into a larger international and historical context. The guide includes books, both print and electronic, recommended databases as well as some video materials. Materials recommended in this guide are in English, except the last selection under "Russian perspectives" and the database of Donetsk and Luhansk newspapers in the "Conflict in the Easter Ukraine" tab.
