Rapid Response Panel: Ukraine Under Attack
Event Description: "After weeks of escalating tensions and military buildup, Russia has invaded Ukraine and commenced a military operation. The extent of Vladimir Putin's plans remains uncertain, but the danger to Ukrainian lives and sovereignty is clear.
As we join the international community in an unequivocal condemnation of Russia's war against Ukraine, we likewise acknowledge the need for expert commentary and factual information on a conflict bolstered by misinformation and distortions of history. To that end, we have convened a panel of experts representing different perspectives and areas of expertise to address core questions being asked by the media and the general population.
Our event will be structured around questions submitted in advance or frequently asked by the media, with additional questions taken from the live audience as time permits. Experts will give short, focused responses to as many questions as possible.
