Faculty Leaders Advancing Gender Equity in STEM (FLAGS)

​​​​​​The FLAGS project, funded by NSF’s ADVANCE program, will help to continue CSU’s ongoing efforts to achieve gender equity among faculty, particularly STEM faculty. The project will draw on successful models, both from academia and business, to utilize evidence-based practices that positively impact gender equity at CSU. The project, which began in November 2020, will focus on development opportunities for department chairs/ school directors to enhance the knowledge and skills needed to foster gender equity within their units and among their faculty.
